Northern Ireland and island delivery enquiries
We accept delivery enquiries for Northern Ireland, offshore islands and Crown Dependencies; each route is quoted for the actual address.
Give the destination in full
Include the island or territory as well as the postcode. A similarly named mainland settlement can lead to the wrong delivery quotation.
Confirm the last delivery stage
Ask whether the quotation covers the final address or a collection point. Make any ferry, transfer or local carrier arrangements explicit in the written scope.
Allow for access and timing
Tell us about restricted delivery days and local unloading constraints. Agree a confirmed delivery plan before booking an installer.
Check the complete quoted total
Ask for any route charges, applicable taxes and documentation to be clearly stated. Do not assume that a mainland delivery price applies to an island order.
Send your opening details
Tell us the delivery postcode, approximate width and height, preferred colour and panel layout. Your installer must check and approve the final manufacturing dimensions.
