How S&K Glazing Limited handles your enquiry.
Updated 30 October 2026
Who controls your information?
S&K Glazing Limited is the data controller for enquiries through BifoldingDoor.net. Company number 14088194; registered office: 65 Hembs Crescent, Unit 1, Birmingham, England, B43 5DG. Contact info@bifoldingdoor.net, or info@skglazing.co.uk, with privacy questions.
What do we collect?
Standard forms collect your service choice, name, phone, email, postcode and optional material, dimensions and message. The quote tool also records application, finish, panel preference, timescale and your specification summary. The page URL and domain identify the enquiry source. Chat may collect the details you provide and connection data. Do not submit sensitive personal information or payment details.
Why do we use it?
We respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, discuss specifications or delivery and take steps you request before a possible contract. These activities rely on pre-contract steps or our legitimate interest in responding and managing enquiries. Records needed for a resulting order are also used to perform the contract and meet legal obligations. A service enquiry does not sign you up for marketing.
Who receives your enquiry?
Web3Forms processes the submitted form and routes it to the inbox configured for this website. S&K Glazing Limited handles the enquiry using its business email and administration services. Where necessary, relevant project details may be shared with the fabricator and delivery providers to assess or fulfil your requested order. We do not sell your enquiry as a marketing list. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.
What happens when I use live chat?
Tawk.to is an optional provider. It loads only after you accept optional cookies or choose “Load live chat”. Chat messages and relevant connection data are processed by Tawk.to; see its privacy policy and our cookie policy. You can use phone or the enquiry form without loading chat.
What about analytics?
Google Analytics is disabled until a verified measurement ID is configured. If activated, it will remain blocked until you accept optional cookies. Analytics events are designed to record actions such as call clicks and confirmed form submissions without sending the contact details or message you enter.
How long is information kept?
Enquiry data is normally kept for two years from last contact. For a completed supply-only order, ask us to confirm the retention period applicable to your contract and warranty records. Information may also be retained for applicable legal obligations.
International processing and security
Service providers may process information outside the UK. Their notices explain their processing arrangements. Contact us for details relevant to your enquiry. We limit access to people and providers who need the information for the requested work and administration.
Your rights and complaints
You can ask about access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection where these rights apply. Where processing depends on consent, you can withdraw it. Contact the business using the details above. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
